2015 Club Champs Results

Thanks to everyone who played and or watched the club champs. It was good to see a near full house for the final matches which produced some great squash.

Congratulations to Shaun and Tamsyn our new men’s and ladies open champions respectively. For me however, the match of the day was the Ladies E grade final. Where Rochelle Mabey after saving a string of match points & finally winning 20-18 in the 3rd game, went on to just outlast and win over Jade Harrison in a great 5 setter of squash.

Lastly a big thanks to those of you who went above and beyond the call of marking and ref duty over the weekend. It wouldn’t have worked without the extra effort you put in (you know who you are). Those of you who (we know who you are!!) shirked this duty should be buying these folks a drink as you can’t play a match without a ref.
